A Day in the Life: Keeping Hot Springs Warm Through Winter

Morning Briefing – 6:30 AM

The day starts early at Daniell Heat & Air, as the morning frost coats the service vehicles parked outside our Hot Springs facility. After a quick cup of coffee, we gather for our daily briefing to review the emergency service calls and scheduled maintenance appointments across our service area.

First Call – 8:00 AM

Our first stop takes us to Royal, AR, where a family’s furnace stopped working overnight. As temperatures dip into the 30s, these calls become increasingly common. After a thorough diagnostic check, we identify a faulty ignitor – a common issue that can leave homes without heat.

Mid-Morning Service – 10:30 AM

Heading to Hot Springs National Park for a scheduled furnace maintenance appointment. Regular maintenance is crucial for:

• Preventing unexpected breakdowns
• Ensuring optimal efficiency
• Extending system lifespan
• Maintaining warranty coverage

Afternoon Emergency – 2:00 PM

An urgent call from Piney brings us to an elderly resident’s home where the heating system is blowing cold air. These situations remind us why we’re passionate about our work – keeping our community safe and comfortable is our top priority.

End of Day – 5:30 PM

Back at headquarters, we complete our service reports and prepare for tomorrow. Working at Daniell Heat & Air means being ready for anything, from routine maintenance to emergency repairs, all while serving our neighbors throughout Hot Springs and surrounding areas.

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to help our community stay comfortable through all seasons. Whether it’s a furnace replacement in Rockwell or a heating repair in Hot Springs, we’re proud to be the trusted HVAC service provider in our region.
